What’s the difference between Hotels & Coral BnB Serviced Apartments?

Our Coral BnB Serviced Apartments offer more spacious, fully furnished, beautifully decorated homes, much larger than hotel rooms (even extended stay hotel rooms), featuring a genuine residential character – Like Home! All our apartments feature a complete kitchen, and have separate dining, living and sleeping areas. They can also include amenities like fully automatic Washing Machine, Iron & Ironing Board, landline to connect to the complex security, 50” HDTV, Wireless Internet, Games, Books and more making them an excellent and cost-effective alternate to traditional Hotels.

What is included in the rentals?

All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with cooking utensils and crockery to cater for the maximum occupancy of the apartment. Rentals include Water, induction cooktop, Wi-Fi Internet, HD TV, Power Backup and all flat/society maintenance. Also included are Washing Machine, RO Water Purifier, Iron & Ironing Board, etc The amenities differ as per your chosen Apartment and exact inclusions are provided on the apartment page.

Can I view the apartments prior to making a reservation?

We offer comprehensive information including pictures of all our properties on our website. It should be enough for most bookers to chose their desired property. However, we can also arrange limited viewings upon request but subject to availability, especially if you are making a monthly stay booking. Please contact our Sales team to arrange your viewings.

How do I make my booking? Any Long Stay Discounts or Special Offers?

Just select the property of your choice and enter your Check-In & Check-Out Dates (minimum 7, 14 or 28 Nights) to get Weekly, Fortnightly & Monthly discounted rentals respectively. You will be able to make your booking online after selecting your dates and room category. You will get an instant confirmation email for your successful booking.

Do I need to pay a security deposit?

If you do not have a credit card available to cover any unpaid bills, loss or damage, you may be required to pay a security deposit on your arrival. We will keep the deposit during your stay and until we can confirm there are no pending bills or any additional cleaning or damage/loss in the apartment. If there are no such deductions, then it will be returned to you in full at the end of your stay.

Can I pay for my serviced apartment on departure?

No. Full Payment is required at the time of booking OR prior to check-in. The payment terms are listed before you make your booking and also detailed in your confirmation email.

What are your acceptable payment modes?

We accept all major debit/credit cards as well as UPI, Netbanking, Google Pay & PayTM. In some cases, we may also accept Cash upon arrival. However, Cheques are NOT accepted for any payments.

Is there a minimum or maximum stay limit?

You can book for Minimum 1 Nights & Maximum 60 Nights in one booking. For longer stays, you can make subsequent multiple bookings of upto 2 Months duration each.

Do you allow Pets in your properties?

No, sorry most of our properties are not pet-friendly.

Can I sign a 1 Year or 2 Year lease?

Coral BnB doesn’t have any special off-the-shelf packages for Yearly leases. Instead, we suggest you make a 1 month booking initially (with the monthly discounted pricing). If you like your stay (and we are comfortable with you as guest) and want to sign an Yearly rental, then as a repeat guest, we can design a customised traditional rental agreement for you with a lock-in period and advance deposits accordingly. Kindly note that we don’t offer any such traditional agreements for new guests and you can only book discounted monthly stays for upto 60 days at a time via our website, with no lock-in commitments or high advance deposits.

Is Cleaning Included in the Rental charges?

No. Cleaning is an add-on service, you can avail as per your convenience. Cleaning can be availed on chargeable basis at Rs 300 per cleaning for our Studio & One Bedroom Apartments. It includes full Apartment Cleaning with all Linen replacement (Bedsheets, Towels, Pillows, etc.) plus Utensils cleaning & Garbage removal. For Two Bedroom Apartments, Extra Cleaning charges are Rs 500 per cleaning.

Can I do Early Check-in/ Late Check-Out?

Subject to availability we will be happy to accommodate your request for Early Check-In OR Late Check-Out (upto 4 Hours), free of cost. However you need to specify your requirements at the time of booking itself.

Can I get lower pricing for Coral BnB on Booking.com, MakeMyTrip or AirBnB?

NO, you will NOT get a lower or even matching qualified price for Coral BnB Serviced Apartments on any travel website or agency. We are so confident of our pricing that we offer a Lowest Price Guarantee for Coral BnB. You also get many other benefits of booking directly with us including – Special Offers, Extended Check-In/Check-Out timings among others. We also release periodic exclusive repeat guest deals and special offers for our loyal guests.

Will you provide GST invoices?

Yes, please provide your GST details at the time of making your booking with Coral BnB, so that we can generate your GST invoice accordingly at the end of your stay.

What is the Occupancy limit in your Apartments?

* Studio – Upto 3 Adults (3rd guest chargeable extra) * One Bedroom Apartment – Upto 4 Adults (3rd & 4th guest chargeable extra) * Two Bedroom Apartment – Upto 6 Adults (5th & 6th guest chargeable extra) * Children above 12 Years are considered Adult guests. Extra guest charges are Rs 1000/day. Sleeping provision for extra guest are on the Sofa-cum-bed in the living room. Bedsheet and blankets for the same are provided.

What do I do if I have a problem during my stay?

All our residents are provided with contact details of our Professional Support Team that are available on call or messenger for resolving all your queries and concerns, before and during your stay. The Coral BnB Hospitality team is professionally trained for managing all guest issues and ensuring a memorable stay for all our residents.
